INDONESIA
Internews' "Reporting for Peace" program trains journalists in zones of conflict, such as East Timor and Kosova, to use their work to defuse tensions. Here, Indonesian radio journalists in Palu, Sulawesi conduct an interview in a dokar, or traditional horse and cart, as part of a story about conflict in the local transportation industry.

JORDAN
In Amman in March, as war raged next door in Iraq, Internews launched its "Reporting for Humanity" project, which trains print journalists from eleven Middle Eastern countries in accurate, balanced reporting, organizes them into a network of stringers, and helps place their stories in the mainstream Arab press.
